海藻有效成分的靶向酶解技术是采用特异性的酶对海藻的有效成分进行特异性切割，产生分子量均一可控的海藻多糖片段，从而保证海藻提取成分的稳定和功能的有效性。
微生物前处理技术是通过微生物对海藻的腐熟及消化实现海藻的破壁，以促使海藻有效成分的溶出。
1、抗逆防病：绿藻多糖及寡糖具有良好的抗氧化活性，能够有效清除自由基，在胁迫过程中促进植物产生的活性氧能够起到信号分子的作用，植物体内保护性酶类与活性氧的相互作用，调节体内抗逆基因的表达，提高植物耐胁迫能力。
2、促根提质：绿藻多糖可刺激植物体内非特异性活性因子的产生，调节内源激素的平衡，增加叶绿素含量，提高植物光合作用，促进作物分蘖、种子萌发，增加作物新陈代谢，使作物生理机能强健、植株强壮、根深叶茂；有效提高糖转化酶活性及含磷有机化合物的合成，增加产量、改善品质。
