Where we are today
Harvesting with care
Due to the dangerous conditions, as well as the sensitive ecology that thrives in the sea, our sailors harvest by using our own vessel（The fishing vessel is named "Seawinner"） to ensure a uniform age and size of the raw material such as seaweed, oyster shells or fish protein used in the manufacturing process. This results in consistent activity levels and benefits in the end product. Once ashore the harvested raw material, it is immediately transferred to the Seawin's production facility to ensure a fresh raw material for dewatering and processing.
Fertilizer Production Base
As a manufacturer, Seawin own two production bases in Qingdao and Weihai with total annual production capacity of more than 650,000 Tons, producing seaweed fertilizer and biological fertilizer respectively, Our seaweed fertilizer production base, covering an area of more than 20 hectare, is located in Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Industrial Zone. In 2007, our production base was approved by ISO9001 and ISO14001. Relying on our strong R&D ability, we have been keeping on developing new products to meet various demands from different market around the world.

It were developed from early 1990s by the experts from Ocean University of China, which is the most professional university in marine science in China. Aside from the traditional seaweed species used for fertilizer: Laminaria Japonica, Ascophyllum Nodosum and Sargassum, our R&D team also tests on new seaweed species with leading edge technology to optimize our products, and develop innovative fertilizing solutions for the world.
Who we are
SEAWIN BIOTECH GROUP established on August 18th 2000, is a new & high-tech enterprise with registered capital RMB 132 million (Around 26 million of AUD) and total asset RMB 260 million (Around 50 million of AUD). Our main business scope is research, development, production, marketing, and technology industrialization in the field of ocean organism. We employed 18 masters to set our enterprise technology center, and engaged 7 doctoral tutors from Ocean University of China to ensure advanced science support and guarantee our products are proved by science and field test. Owning 16 patented technologies, we are granted Hi-tech Industrial Enterprise by Chinese government. Seawin also advanced in offshore platform for harvesting and processing of Seaweed.
